At Vincent Watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for items in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch back into its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Service Center

  Securely pack the item in a shipping box and send it to our designated returns address using a trackable and insured courier service for your protection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
